REGISTRATION & PAYMENT POLICY FOR ARISE EVENTS

Full payment is due at time of registration in order to secure a participant's spot. By registering for an Arise event, you are assuming financial responsibility for the trip and are authorizing Arise to contract with third-party vendors and purchase food and supplies needed for the event on your behalf.


CANCELLATION 31 DAYS OR MORE FROM THE REGISTERED ARISE DATE:

Four Options:

  1. Receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative cancellation fee
  2. Apply payment toward a future Arise Challenge for yourself within 12 months of the time of the originally scheduled Arise Challenge – when ready to register for a new Arise Challenge, you must contact info@arisechallenge.org to receive a code to register and pay the $50 transfer fee
  3. Transfer payment to another participant to attend the current Arise Challenge or a future Arise Challenge within 12 months of the time of the originally scheduled Arise Challenge – you must contact info@arisechallenge.org to give the new participant's name and receive a code for new participant to register and pay the $50 transfer fee. 
  4. Apply funds to 4MUS/Arise.


CANCELLATION 30 DAYS OR LESS FROM THE REGISTERED ARISE DATE:

Three Options:

  1. There is a $100 transfer fee. Your remaining available funds are applied toward a future Arise Challenge for yourself within 12 months of the time of the originally scheduled Arise Challenge. When ready to register for a new Arise Challenge, you must contact info@arisechallenge.org to receive a code to register and pay the $100 transfer fee. 
  2. Transfer payment to another participant to attend the current Arise Challenge or a future Arise Challenge within 12 months of the time of the originally scheduled Arise Challenge. You must contact info@arisechallenge.org to give the new participant’s name and receive a code for the new participant to register and pay the $100 transfer fee.
  3. Apply funds to 4MUS/Arise.


ALL cancellations MUST be in writing and emailed to info@arisechallenge.org. Cancellations are not accepted over the phone, via other participants, or via Telegram. If no email communication is received before the start of the scheduled Arise Challenge, participant is considered a NO SHOW and no refunds or transfers will be allowed. Payment will be applied to the ongoing ministry efforts of Arise.


If the registration fee is not used for a future Arise Challenge within one year of the originally scheduled Arise Challenge, funds will be applied to the ongoing ministry efforts of Arise. 


NO SHOW POLICY

A participant is considered a “No Show” if:

  • Participant does not show up for the start of the event.
  • Participant has not sent an email to info@arisechallenge.org prior to the start of the event to inform of cancellation.


If a Participant is a “No Show” all funds will be applied to the ongoing ministry efforts for Arise. Funds are not eligible for transfer or refund.

 

EVENT CANCELLATION

If Arise must cancel an event for any reason, registrants will be given two options. 

  • They may cancel their Arise Challenge registration and receive a full refund of the amount paid toward their Arise Challenge. 
  • Or, registrants can transfer their funds to a future Arise Challenge within 12 months of time of the canceled Arise Challenge for no administrative fee. 


Arise or any of its event partners are not and will not be held responsible for reimbursement of costs incurred due to travel expenses for the event (for example: cancellation/flight change fees or rental fees for traveling to or from the event).
