This is not a women's conference or retreat. Led into the wilderness, you experience inspiration, adventure, and challenge while forging a deep spiritual experience.
The 48-hour Arise Challenge pushes you physically, emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. You’ll reach far beyond your comfort zone, go deep with God, and find authentic, trusting friendships with other women along the way.

During the Arise Challenge, you reclaim your perspective and remember your place in God’s story. You return home ready to begin a new storyline where you embrace life and the people you love with renewed purpose and strength.

Arise invites women into extraordinary, life-changing adventures.
We are part of 4MUS and the international movement of 4M organizations founded in the Netherlands in 2008. The US branch, founded in 2012, focuses on the Xtreme Character Challenge (XCC) for men, and the Arise Challenge (AC) was founded in 2020 to focus on women. Over the years, God has led us to expand our programming to reach the entire family.
The 4M mission is inspiration for every man and woman’s heart and waves of transformation worldwide. Experiences like the XCC, AC, and Family Challenges awaken hearts and help participants hit the reset button on their priorities while events like our Leadership Challenges create transformation and empower leaders..
